Suzuki Connect user accounts that have not been accessed for 180 days or more are subject to review and possible deactivation. These accounts may be reactivated at anytime and may be subjected to additional review prior to and/or after reactivation. As an authorized Maryland dealership management person, I acknowledge the Maryland law S 668, effective June 1, 2009, which prohibits Suzuki Motor of America from giving any incentive or reimbursement payment, cash, gift,or anything of value totaling more than $200 in any calendar year directly to a dealer employee. Any such payment to an employee shall be made to the dealer who shall disburse the funds to employee as part of the payroll process after making the appropriate deductions. Dealer may retain reasonable portion of any payments to cover cost of processing payments.

Texas:
As an authorized Texas dealership management person, I acknowledge the Texas law H 2640, effective September 1, 2009, which prohibits Suzuki Motor of America from giving any incentive or reimbursement payment, cash gift or anything of value directly to a dealer employee unless the dealer agrees to the payment of the money to another person, including an employee of the dealer, before the payment is made. I acknowledge when I use Suzuki Connect to report a Suzuki product being sold to a retail customer by a dealer employee other than a dealership, this is my agreement that Suzuki Motor of America can pay incentive money to my dealer employee per the above law.
